Defn: a human male displaying evidence of devolution - exhibits distinctive "caveman-like" tendencies. This man often dribbles in public places; cannot drink a beverage without spilling it on himself, the floor or someone else; may also run into objects like lampposts & bushes; has a definite "sloopish & short legged" running style that is slow and low to the ground, often resulting in the dragging of knuckles.

These throwback neanderthals, along with their questionable diet, should clearly be avoided.

What can be done in 3 hours?

The night before (Sat) it was 3 hrs in the elements watching Sky Sox Baseball while waiting for the 7th inning stretch for Kilmer Coyotes Choir to sing "America the Beautiful" and "Take me out to the Ballgame".  Snow Flurries throughout, left straight after they sang as the snow then really came down.  Game was called.  Sunday morning it was 20 miles on the Santa Fe Trail.  3 hours long.  9 min miles avg throughout.  From Woodmen Nth 10 miles and back.  Was wanting to do the last 4 miles at 7:45 pace but body was not cooperating.   Ran out of gas - probably didn't eat right the day / night before.  Then there was a 3 hour section for a kids Easter Egg hunt and the first born's (12th) birthday party.
Then there was the 3 hours of cooking Razzleberry Pie, taking a nap while waiting for it to cool and then being the only one in the house who will eat it.  Should last a few days.
